Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to our global customers (excluding some Asian destinations and remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We design our seasonless staples to fit and flatter, but understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed. Our policy is as thoughtfully crafted as our collections.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear (unless faulty)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our Winston facility using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when the refund is issued

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Include a note specifying the item/size/color you’d like to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.
