At Staudes Store, we design our contemporary fashion to fit and flatter, but we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed. Our policy is as thoughtfully crafted as our seasonless staples.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, underwear, or swimwear unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our Winston facility using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when the refund is issued

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying the item/size/color you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved

If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding some Asian destinations and remote areas):

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
